Return Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase from Riley & Madden, we will refund you the full amount (less shipping costs) within the first 14 days of purchase in the original form of payment. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email their concern to michelle@rileyandmadden.com within 14 days of purchase for an exchange. Items mailed back for a return or exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. No returns on custom or personalized items.
